| In July 2011, Raab Associates consulted with Conservation Law Foundation on a new guide to land-based wind decision-making funded by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. "Land-Based Wind Energy: A Guide to Understanding the Issues and Making Informed Decisions" is intended as a tool to help decision makers and community members enhance their understanding of questions surrounding wind development and to provide resources for communities to evaluate the potential for utility-scale, land-based wind energy. |
