| Raab Associates assisted the Massachusetts Ocean Partnership, funded by the Moore Foundation, as it supported the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA)in developing a first-in-the-nation comprehensive plan for the management of Massachusetts’ ocean waters under the Oceans Act of 2008. Raab Associates' specific task was to create an oral history of the process, by interviewing key stakeholders at three junctures during the planning process. |
