New England Energy Efficiency Strategic Planning Retreat EPA Region I
This strategic planning workshop, sponsored by U.S. EPA and held at Eastern Connecticut State University in April 2007, was attended by over 40 key New England energy efficiency stakeholders and experts, as well as representatives of ISO New England, and US EPA. Raab Associates helped design the workshop and facilitated the meeting. The Regulatory Assistance project developed a white paper covering background issues and framing key questions and options for New England.
