Connecticut Greenhouse Gas Monitoring and Evaluation Retreat CT Clean Energy Fund, CT Department of Environmental Protection, and US EPA
Raab Associates, Ltd. designed and facilitated a 3-day retreat focused on developing a strategy for Connecticut to use in tracking progress in implementing the state’s GHG plan, and assessing important co-benefits such as impacts on public health and the economy. The retreat took place October 24-26, 2006 at Harkness State Park on the Long Island Sound and was attended by over 30 CT stakeholders, representatives of state and federal agencies, and national experts.
