Rhode Island Renewable Energy Fund Strategic Plan

In 2005, Raab Associates was hired by the RI State Energy Office to work with its Renewable Energy Board on developing a new strategic plan for the Fund, which needed to reprioritize its efforts in light of new obligations to support Rhode Island’s new Renewable Energy Standards (aka RPS). Over the course of three day-long meetings, Raab Associates helped the Board develop and reach agreement on a strategic plan, including a new mission statement, set of goals and objectives, prioritization of funding areas, and three-year budget allocation.
