Connecticut Energy Conservation Management Board Workshop Energy Conservation Management Board |
The Energy Conservation Management Board, composed of stakeholders representing business, community, electric utility and government organizations in Connecticut, was established to advise and assist utility distribution companies operating in the state in the development and implementation of energy conservation plans. In 2003, following a funding cut by the state legislature, the ECMB hired Raab Associates to facilitate a workshop designed to assist the Board in allocating the remaining energy conservation funds among numerous programs. |
