| A member of PJM's Mediation panel as well as its Arbitration panel, Dr. Raab mediated three major disputes for the PJM Power Pool. The first, between two members of the Pool, was a complex contract dispute involving energy-related transmission losses. The second, between PJM and one of its members, dealt with PJM’s online, day-ahead marketplace. The third dispute, also between PJM and one of its members, focused on PJM’s load curtailment program. |
