| From 1993 to 2004, Raab Associates provided extensive consulting services to the Rhode Island Division of Public Utilities and Carriers on energy efficiency issues, and renewable energy issues. Dr. Raab represented the Division in ongoing Collaborative processes on energy efficiency and renewable energy. These collaboratives included representatives from the utilities, and the industrial and environmental interveners. This work entailed analysis, negotiating detailed settlements, and appearing as an expert witness on behalf of the Division before the Commission. |
