Massachusetts Military Reservation’s Citizen Advisory Panel Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Control & Massachusetts Department of Public Health |
Dr. Raab facilitated the Citizens Advisory Panel process focused on cancer-related issues on Cape Cod associated with pollution from the Massachusetts Military Reservation. This work, done through the Consensus Building Institute, was funded by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Control and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In addition to many citizens, the Group included representatives from state and federal agencies and four technical consultants from Harvard and Clark Universities.
Dr. Raab also facilitated the public involvement process during the consolidation of several army base landfills at Fort Devons in Ayer, MA, and the public involvement plan review meeting in Stoughton, MA for the Environmental Compliance Corporation’s waste oil recycling facility. |
