| Dr. Raab and Paul Levy of Harvard Medical School designed and led a one-day training for the staff of the Washington D.C. PUC on how to use mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes related to telecommunications regulation. The training included exercises, and participants compared and contrasted different approaches. |
