Facilitation Training
Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP) |
| Raab Associates, with assistance from the Consensus Building Institute, provided NEEP staff with a day-long training on facilitation skills. This highly interactive and hands-on training employed a set of tailored materials for maximum effectiveness. Following the training, Raab Associates observed NEEP staff facilitate actual meetings and provided detailed feedback. In 2002, Raab Associates provided supplemental advanced training for NEEP staff. |
