New Hampshire Grid Modernization Stakeholder Process New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission
Raab Associates was retained by the New Hampshire PUC to facilitate/mediate a formal Working Group process on Electricity Grid Modernization.The Working Group met for 9 day- long meetings between April 2016 and March 2017. It covered several important areas of inquiry: 1) Distribution System Planning; 2) Customer Engagement with Distributed Energy Resources; and 3) Utility Cost Recovery and Financial Incentives. The Commission’s Scoping Order is posted below, as is the Final Working Group Report that was submitted to the Commission on March 20, 2017.
