Dr. Raab served as lead moderator for a day-long workshop on Energy Storage convened by the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. The workshop, "Accelerating Energy Storage: Policies for Facilitating Investment and Deployment," examined policies to facilitate financial investment in energy storage and accelerate commercial deployment. Participants included senior management of major electric utilities, regional transmission organizations, key storage developers and leading private investors in energy projects.
