| In 2008, the Massachusetts legislature passed the Global Warming Solutions Act (GWSA), which resulted in the development of a comprehensive energy and climate plan, and the establishment of an on-going stakeholder Implementation Advisory Committee (IAC). In 2013, Dr. Raab was retained by MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (with funding from the Barr Foundation) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the IAC stakeholder process. Following the assessment, Dr. Raab was brought on board to develop a workplan for the IAC and to facilitate its quarterly meetings for the remainder of 2013 and 2014. |
