New Hampshire Energy Efficiency Working Group New Hampshire Public Utility Commission
Dr. Raab was the mediator for the New Hampshire Energy Efficiency Working Group that included over 20 stakeholder groups. The Group and its sub-committees met over the course of one year and filed a consensus report with the PUC on a wide range of forward-looking policy and design issues including cost-effectiveness testing, financial incentives, budgets, and program design guidelines.
