| Dr. Raab designed and facilitated Board strategic planning sessions for the Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative (CVEC), which, along with Cape Light Compact, provides the municipalities of Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard with clean, renewable energy. As part of the facilitation process, Dr. Raab conducted interviews with present and past staff and with Board members, to help clarify objectives and goals and to create an agenda. The sessions included numerous interactive techniques to identify and prioritize alternatives. |
